Summary
Forced into the German army, an Alsacian man named Hans finds himself
heading a section in the Gestapo. He uses his position to rescue
captured Frenchmen and support the resistance in their efforts against
the Nazis. Hans’s efforts are ultimately compromised when he
falls in love with a young woman in the French resistance...
