Summary
César Borgnoli is an Italian car dealer who, owing to his
extravagant lifestyle, faces financial ruin. As a last resort, he
appeals to his sister Alex to help him save the family business.
Alex agrees, but on condition that her brother assists her in her bid
to adopt a five-year-old Thai orphan. César must pass
himself off as the husband of Alex’s girlfriend Kim to persuade the
Thai authorities to part with the little girl on whom Alex and Kim have
set their heart. What starts out as a perfectly simple business
arrangement soon becomes César’s worst nightmare...
