This movie is part of a project created by the Canal+ channel and the French
secretary of public health; its intent was to promote the use of condoms
in sexual relationships.
Several classic directors (including Jacques Audiard, Cedric Klapisch, Marc Caro, etc.)
have been asked to shoot a short movie, and Norme française is one of those.
Those movies contain graphical sexual intercourses and were rated X (as porn) in France;
again, this was intended from the beginning.
