Summary
At 55, Michel finds himself without a home and without a future.  It wasn’t so long ago that he was running a successful company, that he had an adoring wife and beautiful daughter.  Now, alone and homeless, he spends his time aimlessly wandering the streets of Paris, grimly contemplating what the future has in store for him.  Then, just as he reaches the end of his tether, he makes a new friend.  A stray dog takes a liking to him and starts to follow him around.  Michel’s new companion pulls him back from the edge of the abyss and restores a sense of purpose to his ruined life...
