Summary
Paolo, a young Neapolitan, joins a gang of unscrupulous livestock
dealers who coerce other farmers into selling their animals at a low
price. After his military service, Paolo is once again tempted by
the lure of easy money. When his boss decides to target his
family, he makes up his mind to rebel...
