A knowledgable lecturer sets out to enumerate all of the different
kinds of nuisance which blight our everyday lives. There are the
facetious know-alls, the excrescences that insist on ringing you up just
when you have sat down to dinner, and the greatest pestilence of them
all: women drivers...
