Summary
Whilst serving time for kidnapping a child, Simon Duroc succeeds in
escaping from prison. Pursued by the police, the once
celebrated gangster takes refuge in a cinema where, with the help of a
young woman in the audience, he evades capture. The woman invites
Simon to stay with her at her home, and he accepts. Determined to
take revenge against the man who was responsible for his arrest, Simon
wastes no time in looking up his former associates and is soon resuming
his career of crime...
