Summary
The president of an African country is about to sign an agreement with France for the delivery of uranium ore.  Spies from across the world turn up in an attempt to sabotage the project.  The reaction of the French intelligent services is to unleash their most garrulous agent, Maxime, who will divert attention by putting out false information...
