Synopsis
Louis Bourdin, a humble ticket puncher on the Paris metro, has written
a book which describes a train robbery. When he tries to get the
book published, he is turned down again and again, because no one
believes that the story is remotely plausible. Determined to
prove his detractors wrong, Bourdin decides to enact the scenario in
his book. To that end, he recruits a gang of real-life crooks to
help him pull off the robbery...
