Summary
A lieutenant in the French navy is on the point of committing suicide
when he meets a beautiful stranger. Having fallen in love with
her, he follows her and discovers that she is the heiress to the throne
of a kingdom. When he learns that the woman is to be married to a
nobleman, the lieutenant absconds with her...
