Summary
Antoine is about to get married to Gisèle.  His friend Julien, a confirmed bachelor, tries desperately to talk him out of it, citing his own painful experiences and that of Fernand, a man who lives under the watchful eye of his domineering wife.  Finally, Antoine’s resolve cracks and he decides to run away from Gisèle, fleeing on the ship that was to provide their honeymoon cruise.  He even gives Gisèle’s ticket to Fernand.    On the ship, Antoine falls for another woman, Sandra, little knowing that the only attraction that men hold for her is the money she can steal from them...
