Summary
Alice, a young photographer, is commissioned by the Minister of the
Environment to take a series of photographs in the French Alps.
She replaces another photographer who has mysteriously disappeared,
having taken photographs of the area for the past seven years.
Alice is constrained to take her photographs in exactly the same way,
and at the same locations, as her predecessor, which gives her a
strange new insight into the world around her...
