Synopsis
Ernest Sauce is the maître d’
of the up-market restaurant Cochon d’argent. Bored with his
mistress and fed up of constantly having to lend money to his boss,
Ernest decides to make a clean break. Pretending to have lost his
memory, he allows himself to be interned in an asylum. Here, he
invents for himself a new identity, that of an acrobat...
