Synopsis
Magali and Guillaume lead a perfectly tranquil existence in the suburbs of Paris.  She is a tuba player, he drives a train for tourists.  They are expecting their first child and could not be happier.  Then Guillaume finally makes contact with his father, whom he has never met, only to learn that he is about to die.  Guillaume cannot believe his good fortune when he learns that, owing to a charter dating back to the Middle Ages, he is to inherit the royal throne to a piece of land between France and England.  Immediately, the couple imagine they are going to rule over an island paradise.  The reality is somewhat different...
