Kanzo sensei is a Japanese-French film comedy-drama first released in 1998, directed by Shohei Imamura.  The film is based on a novel by Ango Sakaguchi and stars Akira Emoto, Kumiko Aso, Juro Kara, Masanori Sera and Jacques Gamblin.  It has also been released under the title: Dr. Akagi.  Our overall rating for this film is: good.
