Summary
In the midst of the Christmas festivities, Babeth finds it hard to cope
after breaking up with her boyfriend, Rémi. Then she loses
her job. Her best friend, Sabine, is too preoccupied with her new
beau, Rodolphe, to take any interest in her, so she makes up her mind to leave
Amiens and make a fresh start in Paris...
