Summary
When he regains consciousness in an underground cave, Tolbiac has no idea how he came to be there.  Beside him on the ground he finds the body of a dead man.  As he explores the cave, he realises that something is heading towards him, something wild and dangerous.  Taking flight, he passes through several tunnels and is surprised to see the same words inscribed again and again on the walls: Eden Log.  Just where is Tolbiac and what is happening to him...?
