Director: Jean Marboeuf Starring: Pierre Arditi, Marie-Christine Barrault, Milan Argaud, Jean-Paul Bazziconi, Sandrine Le Berre Synopsis Times hangs heavy on Monsieur Valois.  A retired widower, he has nothing to do but watch the world go by.  As he watches, his impression of the world changes.  He begins to see that what he has thought was happiness is a mere illusion, a cloak that masks the true reality of a miserable existence.  Life is  an aberration, something that is inherently bad, he concludes, and sets out to prove the point by committing a murder...
