Synopsis
Alain, a senior bank employee, wants to start a family, but his wife Anna has other ideas.  She is more interested in pursuing her career as a concert pianist than becoming a mother and full-time housewife.  The couple agree on a separation when Anna’s protracted stays away from home become too much for Alain to bear.  Alain may be deprived of a wife and child, but he still has housemate, in the form of a small dog named Bambou.  Although Alain finds it difficult to get on with Bambou at first, they soon become the best of friends...
