Antonio Vivaldi, un prince à Venise (2007) - film review
Jean-Louis Guillermou
Drama / Biography / History / Music

Summary
Born in Venice in 1679, Antonio Vivaldi acquired a keen interest in
music at an early age. His parents intended that he should join
the priesthood, but young Antonio preferred to compose and play his own
music rather than celebrate mass. The illness with which he was
born and which would stay with him throughout his life would be his
deliverance. By feigning fatigue, Antonio had the perfect
excuse to be alone so that he could work on his great compositions...
