I thoroughly enjoyed this film. I liked the colour it was filmed
in. I thought the settings and scenes were very good. Jack
Elam naturally gets to be the bad guy but as usual he plays it very
well. The two Japanese officers, the second one in particular,
were really menacing characters and played their parts to a T.
The music was also good and uplifting. The real beauty in the
film was Tyrone Power’s leading lady. She was a smasher.
Not a big blockbuster, but a great wee yarn.
