Synopsis
One Christmas Eve brings together four total strangers, for an evening
that will mark their lives forever. Helly is a young prostitute
who hopes that one day she can earn enough money to take back her son,
who is currently with foster parents. Whilst looking for
business, she meets Didier, a taxi driver who is at the end of his
tether. He invites her to have dinner with him and share his
company for a few hours. Helly then meets Marie, a young woman
who has just had a violent argument with her boyfriend, and Chris, a
disillusioned drummer with a jazz band. For each of these four
unhappy people, this evening will mark the beginning of a new chapter
in their lives...
